We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Operations Assistant to join our dynamic IT team. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to launch a career in network management. The successful candidate will learn from senior staff and assist in the day-to-day operations of our organisation's computer networks.
Responsibilities
- Participate in network-related projects, such as upgrades, new office setups, and technology rollouts, by performing assigned tasks and reporting on progress.
- Actively learn new technologies and stay updated with industry best practices in network administration and security.
- Study infrastructure deployment procedures and discuss with TPMs/PgM/Planners.
- Prepare and manage documentation.
- Scheduling remote resources, managing access and tracking projects during execution, and extending necessary support.
- Work with customers for requirement gathering.
Requirements
- Graduated from a reputed college/university.
- 1-3 years of IT infrastructure project experience.
- Basic IT Networking knowledge: Router, Switches, firewall, wireless Access points, etc.
- Basic Project management knowledge.
- Good in MS Office.
- Good at communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Open to working in the US shift (India Night shift).
- Preferred Qualifications: Engineering graduate.
- Internship or project-based experience in a network support or IT infrastructure role.
