Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Bengaluru for a Program Coordinator. The Program Coordinator will oversee daily program operations, manage schedules, develop program initiatives, and ensure smooth execution of projects. Key responsibilities include facilitating effective communication with stakeholders, maintaining high-quality customer service, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting strategic program development efforts.

Qualifications
  • Program Management and Program Development skills to oversee and improve program structure and deliverables.
  • Project Management skills to ensure timely completion of initiatives, manage resources effectively, and maintain program efficiency.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, address inquiries, and support participants and stakeholders.
  • Proficient organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, clinical research, healthcare, or management).
  • Previous experience in program coordination or related fields, preferably within the clinical research or healthcare domain.
