Program Business Analyst

We are seeking a Program Business Analyst to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring that the delivered solutions align with business needs. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements and processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and clarify project goals.
• Develop detailed functional specifications for system enhancements.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback from end users.
• Prepare project documentation and reports for management review.
• Provide training and support to users on new systems and processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Visio).
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
