Job Description

Avistrat works with aerospace engineers and organisations to build design capability and deploy engineering capacity. We engage with industry across two dimensions of scale:

  • Vertical scale — by deepening technical capability, and execution layers within specific aerospace domains.
  • Horizontal scale — by expanding across teams, programmes, and partner organisations where credible engineering capacity is required.

On the capability side, we support organisations by augmenting their design engineering functions and strengthening technical depth through structured, project-oriented engagement.

On the capacity side, we work closely with industry partners to identify, prepare, and deploy engineering talent aligned to real-world aerospace requirements.

Our work sits at the intersection of:

  • Engineering design
  • Industry readiness
  • Talent deployment

We could be called an EdTech, SkillsTech or an engineering services company but are building Avistrat as a scalable, integrated aerospace company — one that grows in depth, breadth, and responsibility while maintaining high standards of quality, credibility, and long-term partnership.

This is a high-rigour, outcome-driven environment where judgment, ownership, and execution matter more than volume or optics.

- Gain exposure to real industry-facing execution with increasing responsibility

Process Building & Continuous Improvement:

- Analyse and improve tracking of candidates, conversations, and outcomes

- Contribute to making Avistrat's talent pipeline scalable and predictable
