Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Demonstrate proactive problem-solving with a strong interest in addressing challenges within the higher education space.
- Take initiative in identifying and implementing solutions independently.
- Conduct pre- and post-mortem analyses, troubleshoots issues, and carries out damage control when necessary.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with instructors, product teams, and support functions to ensure program success.
- Build and maintains high-trust relationships with key stakeholders.
- Communicate clearly and effectively across the organization, both in written and verbal formats.
- Develop, execute, and maintain ownership of comprehensive operations plans.
- Efficient execution and tracking of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks with punctuality and precision.
- Ensure error-free deliverables, exceeding team standards
- Monitor and report on workstream progress for strategic decision-making.
- Draft policies and document processes for consistent and efficient operations
- Proficient in internal tools eg Jira, Zendesk, Google Sheets, and other analytical tools
- Identify and implement process automation and optimization
