Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Program Associate to lead end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic as well as operational projects across functions. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic and operational projects
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budgets aligned with business objectives
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Track project progress, performance metrics, and prepare regular reports for management
- Identify risks, resolve challenges, and ensure projects are delivered within scope and timelines
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across processes
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in retail, luxury, lifestyle, or consumer businesses
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and presentation tools (PowerPoint)
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
