Job Responsibilities

  • This is a front-line sales position and is responsible for direct revenue conversion .
  • Providing counseling to all walk-ins viz students/ parents .
  • Be an interface between Imarticus and the prospective candidates.
  • Assisting the prospective customers to choose the right program and helping them in the registration process. This involves follow up calls to the visited candidates.
  • Ensure maintaining the business targets and other front office compliance.
  • Ensure that Centre targets are at a level to meet overall objectives of the organization .
  • Dedicated Sales performance against assigned target.
  • Involves outbound calls for support walk-in generation.

  • Demonstrated strategic ability
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • High levels of initiative, self-motivation and time management
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with customers at all levels
  • Ability to engage and gain commitment effectively across all communication platforms (via telephone, email & face to face)
  • Ability to establish/maintain credibility with all customers
  • Strong on Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel skills
