Role Overview
We are hiring Program Advisors (Domestic Counselors) who have hands-on experience in EdTech, telesales, or education sales environments. This is a target-driven role requiring strong calling, counseling, and conversion skills. The ideal candidate will manage the complete student journeyfrom lead qualification to enrollmentprimarily through calls and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Student Counseling & Advisory
- Counsel students and parents over calls regarding domestic courses, colleges, eligibility, and career pathways
- Provide clear guidance on admissions, fees, timelines, and course structures
Lead Handling & Telesales
- Handle inbound and outbound leads generated via digital platforms
- Conduct high-volume calling and follow-ups to convert inquiries into enrollments
- Work in a sales-focused, target-oriented environment
Application & Process Management
- Manage end-to-end application processes, including documentation and coordination with colleges/universities
- Ensure timely closure and smooth onboarding of students
CRM, Reporting & Data Management
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
- Use MS Excel for lead tracking, reporting, and performance analysis
Target & Revenue Ownership
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly conversion and revenue targets
- Consistently improve lead-to-enrollment ratios
Cross-Team Coordination
- Coordinate with internal operations and admissions teams for smooth processing
Candidate Profile (Preferred)
- 13 years of experience in EdTech, telesales, domestic counseling, or education sales
- Strong calling, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable with sales KPIs, targets, and call-based roles
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic CRM tools (mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Customer-focused, organized, and result-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work rotational shifts and Sundays (weekly off on rotation)
Work Schedule
- Rotational shifts (Day / Morning / UK shift)
- Sunday working (weekly off on a rotational basis)
- 6-day work week
