We're Hiring: Program Advisor Executive Education | EdTech

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Program Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will engage with senior professionals and executives, understand their career goals, and guide them toward the most suitable executive education programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end enrollment process from lead engagement to program registration

Conduct consultative counseling sessions with working professionals and senior leaders

Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments through calls, emails, and professional platforms

Ensure smooth onboarding including documentation and fee completion

Maintain accurate updates in CRM systems

Requirements:

25 years of experience in EdTech, academic counseling, or consultative sales

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Experience handling high-value programs or professional learners

Target-oriented mindset with proven conversion ability
