About the Role
Zeta is looking for an entrepreneurialleader to build andgrowtheP&LforourAgenticAISolutionsinthe USFinancial Servicesmarket.

Key Responsibilities


  • In this role, you will:
  • Ownthe P&L of this businessforUS mid-market banks, credit unions, andregulatedfintechsoffering retail banking products (deposits, loans, cards)
  • Ownthe entireprospect to clientjourney spanning: prospect identification, opening doors, pitching,pricing,closing deals, andmanagingexisting client relationships and engagements
  • OwntheGTM partner and channel relationships needed to drive success
  • Buildand scalea highlycapablebusiness development, sales, and account management team
  • Collaboratewithcentralized marketingcenter-of-excellence teams to deliver the right positioning, messaging, andcampaigns that drive traction
  • Oversee the forward deployment of solutionsengineersand product engineers at client sites toaccelerateimplementation andensure client satisfaction and outcomes
  • Manage day-to-day business operations for thebusiness
  • Contribute toproduct strategy

  • Key Performance Metrics


  • Success in the first 18 months will be measured by:
  • Signing 3-5 lighthouse customersacrossmid-market banks,CUs, orfintechs
  • ConvertingearlyPOCs into at least 2-3 production deployments
  • Delivering at least one measurable business outcome per customer
  • Establishing a repeatable solution and deployment model
  • Building the commercial, delivery, and governance foundation forfuturescale

  • Experience and Qualifications


  • 18+years experiencewith at least 7+ years asapartneror salesleader with a proventrack recordinbuildingamulti-million $book of business ground up
  • Significant experienceselling customer servicing technology to banks and regulated financial institutionsat a technology company or IT services provider
  • Strong rolodex, trusted relationships,and inroads withcustomerserviceleadersat USmid-market financial institutions
