Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Professor (Pharmaceutics) located in Jalandhar. The Professor will design and deliver high-quality lectures, mentor students in their academic and professional growth, and actively contribute to curriculum development in the Pharmaceutics program. Core responsibilities include guiding research projects, publishing scholarly work, evaluating student performance, and collaborating with other faculty members on interdisciplinary initiatives to enhance the academic experience. Additionally, the professor will participate in academic committees and foster an environment conducive to innovation and learning excellence.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Pharmaceutics, including strong knowledge of pharmaceutical formulations and technologies.
  • Experience in conducting and guiding research, with a proven track record of publications in peer-reviewed journals.
  • Strong presentation, teaching, and mentoring skills for engaging with graduate and postgraduate students.
  • Proficiency in curriculum development and academic program design.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with students, faculty, and staff.
  • A PhD in Pharmaceutics or a closely related field (preferred); a Master's degree with significant experience in the field may be considered.
  • Knowledge of recent developments and trends in the pharmaceutical industry and academia.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive, equitable, and diverse educational environment.
