GERMAN/JAPANEESE/SPANISH PROFESSOR
Core Responsibilities
- Instructional Delivery: Lead interactive sessions focusing on the four key skills: speaking, listening, reading, and writing. Use real-life simulations, such as business calls or travel scenarios, to enhance learning.
- Curriculum Development: Design or adapt lesson plans to meet specific goals, Business German, or conversational fluency.
- Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate student progress through regular testing, mock exams, and oral presentations. Provide constructive, individualized feedback to address learning gaps.
- Cultural Immersion: Integrate German history, traditions, and social etiquette into lessons to provide context and foster cross-cultural understanding.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and progress reports. Collaborate with other educators or departments to refine program quality.
