Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Curriculum Development

  • Deliver engaging sessions in Real Estate Marketing, Sales, Investments, and Business Development.
  • Design and update curriculum reflecting industry trends.
  • Use modern teaching tools, case studies, and digital platforms.
  • Contribute actively to curriculum design and academic planning.

Research & Publications

  • Undertake impactful research in Real Estate and related domains.
  • Publish in reputed journals (SCI, Scopus, UGC CARE-listed).
  • Work with academic/industry bodies for research collaboration and funding.
  • Promote innovation, IP creation, and support for entrepreneurial initiatives.

Academic Leadership

  • Contribute to departmental development and institutional activities.
  • Play an active role in policy-making, mentorship, and academic quality enhancement.

Qualifications & Eligibility

  • Mandatory: M.Plan (Housing) / MBA in Real Estate or equivalent
  • Desirable: Ph.D. in a relevant field
  • Experience: 23 years (in teaching or industry, focused on Real Estate or allied areas)
