About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Professor of Management at Chandigarh University, located in the Mohali district. The professor will be responsible for developing and delivering management courses, designing and updating curriculum, guiding students in academic and career development, conducting research in the field of management, and actively participating in university activities to enhance academic standards and student engagement.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Organizational Behavior and Marketing
• Proven experience in University Teaching and Curriculum Development
• Strong research skills with a track record of publications or ongoing projects
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively mentor students
• Doctorate in Management or a related discipline is highly preferred
• Experience in conducting workshops, seminars, or delivering keynote addresses is advantageous
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on advancements in the field of management
