Academic Leadership & Governance

1 Oversee academic planning, curriculum design, and program delivery.

2 Drive outcome-based education (OBE) frameworks.

3 Ensure high standards in teaching-learning processes.

Regulatory Compliance & Accreditation

1 Ensure adherence to UGC, AICTE guidelines.

2 Lead NAAC and NBA accreditation processes.

3 Facilitate institutional audits and compliance reporting.

Faculty Development & Research

1 Recruit, mentor, and manage faculty performance.

2 Promote research publications, patents, and funded projects.

3 Encourage interdisciplinary collaboration.

Industry Collaboration

1 Build partnerships with industry and academic institutions.

2 Strengthen internship and placement opportunities.

3 Promote innovation and entrepreneurship.

Student Welfare & Governance

1 Ensure a safe and inclusive campus environment.

2 Oversee mentoring, counseling, and grievance systems.

3 Promote extracurricular development.

Qualifications (UGC/AICTE Norms)

1 B.E./B.Tech. and M.E./M.Tech. with First Class.

2 Ph.D. in relevant discipline (Mandatory).

3 Minimum 15 years of experience with leadership roles.

4 Strong understanding of accreditation frameworks and OBE.
