KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Teaching Excellence
- Deliver high-quality instruction in International Law, Strategic Management, and Business Law courses across UG, PG, and doctoral programs
- Teach specialized courses including:
- International Business Law and Treaties
- Corporate Strategy and Governance
- Cross-border Legal Frameworks
- Strategic Management in Global Context
- Comparative Legal Systems
- International Trade and Investment Law
- Develop innovative curriculum integrating legal theory with strategic business applications
- Mentor integrated BBA-LLB and BA-LLB students with multidisciplinary approach
- Supervise student research projects, internships, and case study competitions
Research & Scholarship
- Conduct world-class research in international law, business strategy, and their intersections
- Publish in top-tier, peer-reviewed journals (Scopus, SCI, SSCI indexed)
- Contribute to Woxsen's flagship International Journal of Technology, Management and Knowledge Processing
- Secure research grants from national and international funding agencies
- Present research at premier international conferences and academic forums
- Collaborate with global partner universities on joint research initiatives
Industry Engagement & Consulting
- Provide strategic consulting to multinational corporations, government bodies, and international organizations
- Develop industry partnerships and corporate training programs
- Lead executive education initiatives in international business law and strategy
- Facilitate student placements with Fortune 500 companies and global law firms
- Organize international conferences, seminars, and thought leadership events
Global Engagement
- Facilitate student and faculty exchange programs with partner universities
- Lead international immersion programs and study abroad initiatives
- Develop strategic partnerships with global academic institutions and think tanks
- Represent Woxsen at international academic and industry forums
- Support the university's global ranking and accreditation initiatives
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Background
- Doctorate (Ph.D./LLD) in Law, International Law, Strategic Management, or related interdisciplinary field from a recognized university
- Master's degree in Law (LLM) or Management (MBA/MS) with specialization in international law, business strategy, or related areas
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent with strong academic credentials
Academic Excellence
- Minimum 8-12 years of combined teaching, research, and industry experience
- 15+ high-impact publications in peer-reviewed journals (minimum 50% in Scopus/SCI/SSCI indexed journals)
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching with strong student feedback and pedagogical innovation
- Experience supervising doctoral dissertations and master's theses
- Grant writing experience and success in securing research funding
Professional Experience
- 5+ years of practical experience in international law practice, corporate legal advisory, or strategic consulting
- Experience with multinational corporations, international arbitration, or global policy development
- Professional memberships in relevant bar associations and strategic management societies
- International exposure through practice, research, or academic collaborations
