Qualifications

• Ph.D. in CSE / IT or a relevant specialisation from a reputed institution
• Consistently strong academic record with First Class at UG and PG levels
• Minimum qualifications and experience as per UGC norms
• Strong record of research publications, funded projects, patents, and consultancy

Experience

• 8–12 years of teaching, research, and academic administration in reputed universities/institutions
• Experience in curriculum development, accreditation (NBA, NAAC, ABET), research supervision, and industry engagement
• Proven success in guiding student projects, research initiatives, and interdisciplinary activities

Key Responsibilities

• Academic Excellence: Teach at UG, PG, and doctoral levels; design industry-aligned curricula and innovative, outcome-based learning practices
• Research & Innovation: Publish in SCI/Scopus-indexed venues, secure funded projects, and contribute to patents and product development
• Student Mentoring: Supervise B.Tech., M.Tech., and Ph.D. students; encourage participation in hackathons and innovation challenges; support internships and placements
• Industry Collaboration: Build partnerships with industry and research bodies; organise workshops, seminars, and faculty development programmes
• Academic Administration: Support planning, quality assurance, and accreditation and ranking activities (NBA, NAAC, NIRF, QS)
• Faculty Development: Mentor junior faculty and promote collaborative, interdisciplinary research
• Institutional Contribution: Support admissions, outreach, and branding; represent the university at academic and professional forums
