Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, for professionals in QA, Production, Program, Purchase, and Testing functions, specifically from EMS companies. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to quality standards, performing quality assurance and auditing, managing production processes, coordinating procurement and supply chain functions, and overseeing testing processes. The role requires maintaining manufacturing efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills for process improvements and problem-solving
  • Competence in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Auditing practices
  • Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and reporting
  • Experience in understanding and adhering to Lean and Six Sigma manufacturing principles
  • Knowledge of IPC standards and electronic manufacturing processes is advantageous
  • Ability to manage projects and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related technical fields is preferred
  • Experience in EMS companies or similar manufacturing environments is highly desirable
