Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Organic Cattle (dairy) Supply Chain Executive who would handle the NPOP cattle certification process, relevant documentation and the coordination with the CB. The Executive will work closely with supply-side stakeholders like certified organic (NPOP) Farmers. The Executive will be responsible for tasks related to Organic NPOP NOP Certification-related documentation and TC quota.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vetting the potential of supplier supply-side stakeholders like dairy farmers and the relevant supply chain.
- Quality Assessment of the source - scopes for smooth TC operations.
- Managing TC and Tracenet-related stakeholders compliances.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration or a related field (1-3 Years experience)
- Must need prior experience in Organic certifications (either NPOP/NOP/EU), APEDA Tracenet and TC documentation
- Strong Communication skills (present, active listening, ability to build consensus, and support across functions and at all levels)
- Should know or have experience in commodities sourcing, supply vetting, procurement processes, supply compliances, and farmer/FPO mobilisation.
- Good knowledge of the agri commodities, seasons, regions and availability.
- Strong Critical Thinking and analytical skills
- Proficiency in sourcing identification and Quality Assurance checking
