Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur for a Professional Tele-Calling Professional. The individual in this role will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining MyHoardings advertising solutions, and generating leads. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, following up with prospects, addressing customer queries, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. Collaboration with internal teams and providing excellent customer support will be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to confidently interact with clients over the phone.
• Proficiency in telecommunication tools and systems, with experience in customer service or tele-calling preferred.
• Basic knowledge of advertising, marketing, and OOH media solutions is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and the ability to maintain detailed records of interactions effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently, meet targets, and work in a team-oriented environment.
• A positive attitude, adaptability, and a client-focused mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
