Key Responsibilities:
Analysis & Reporting
- Compare and prepare commercial and technical synopses for sourcing and logistics activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation for easy retrieval in the future.
- Measures: Accuracy and timeliness of reports and documentation
Stakeholder Coordination
- Communicate and coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers/service providers.
- Highlight issues proactively when timelines or process steps are not adhered to.
- Measures: Resolution of supplier/service issues, timely completion of activities
Sourcing & Process Support
- Assist the team to complete time-bound sourcing activities.
- Track phase-wise completion of supplier/service provider activities.
- Measures: Timely completion of sourcing milestones
Operational Efficiency
- Manage multiple tasks in a high-demand environment while ensuring quick response times.
- Support process improvements in logistics and supply chain operations.
- Measures: Reduced delays, improved process efficiency
