Hill Spring International School is inviting applications for the position of a School Counselor to support the emotional, social, and academic well-being of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing individual and group counseling to students

Supporting students with emotional, behavioural, and social challenges

Collaborating with teachers, parents, and school leadership to address student needs

Maintaining accurate records and documentation as per school protocols

Conducting workshops, awareness sessions, and guidance programs

Assisting in referrals to external professionals when required

Promoting a positive, inclusive, and supportive school environment

Requirements:

Master's degree in Psychology / Counseling / Clinical Psychology

Prior experience working with children or in a school environment preferred

Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively with school stakeholders

Passion for student well-being and mental health support
