Role Description

We are seeking a Professional Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Surat. The Professional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing effective sales strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, mentoring team members, tracking sales performance, representing the company at industry events, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and support business objectives.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Experience in relationship management, client engagement, and customer service excellence
  • Knowledge of skincare or healthcare-related products and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead a team, provide mentorship, and foster a collaborative work environment
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales tracking software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the skincare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
