Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Professional Driver located in Gurugram. The Professional Driver will be responsible for safely driving cars while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations, maintaining vehicles in excellent working condition, managing drop schedules efficiently, and offering exceptional customer service. The driver will also ensure proper handling of customer relationship and coordinate with the team to fulfill transport requirements effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cab driving, including holding a valid CDL Class A license.
- Strong Communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Customer Service experience, prioritizing client satisfaction and adhering to organizational standards.
- Knowledge of car operational requirements and safety practices.
- Good time management and route planning skills to ensure timely deliveries.
- Ability to maintain and inspect vehicles to ensure proper functionality and safety.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends as required.
