Hiring: Production & Workshop Manager (Art & Sculpture)

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

Experience: 8–10 Years (Factory / Workshop Management)

Reporting to: Owner

We are looking for a hands-on Production & Workshop Manager for a premium Art & Design Studio specializing in sculptures, 3D murals, and bespoke installations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end production and ensure timely project delivery

Lead and supervise a team of 15–20+ workers

Maintain strict quality control across all stages

Handle material sourcing, inventory, and vendor management

Ensure smooth workshop operations and coordinate installations

Requirements:

8–10 years of factory/workshop management experience

Experience in project-based manufacturing (Art/Interiors/Furniture preferred)

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cost management skills

Ability to interpret designs and execute production efficiently
