Basic Function
- Be responsible for the operations of independent production lines
- Be responsible for administration job of production department, backup for production data statistics.
- Continuously improve performance on safety, quality and productivity
Responsibilities
- Follow HSE regulation and rules in daily operation, achieve Goal Zero target
- Manage the day to day line operations as per the process order. Activities includes, Extruder line start up, Grade changeovers, line stringing, operating machine control panels etc.
- Supervise the manpower plotted on the production lines, including operators and contract workmen
- Be responsible for recording the QMS and EMS formats/records
- Be responsible for attending internal operation training program and keeping record
- Performs the duties of the reliever in the production department
- Participate RC session to resolve internal and external quality issue and help to close action plans
Person Specification
Education:
- CPET/Diploma polymer engineering/technology
Work Experience:
- Min.1 year related experience
