Role Description
This is an internship role for a Production Team Intern at d'Aisle Bridals. The intern will assist in coordinating day-to-day production activities, support production planning, and contribute to quality control measures. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the production team to maintain efficient workflows and assisting with training staff to ensure production standards are met. This is an on-site role based in Kochi.
Qualifications
- Understanding of Production Planning and Production Management processes
- Strong Communication skills to facilitate collaboration among team members
- Knowledge of Quality Control practices to ensure high standards of production
- Experience or interest in Training and guiding team members to achieve workflow goals
- Resourceful problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Prior experience or coursework in fashion production is a strong advantage
