Job Title: Production Support – SRE Engineer

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 3–14 Years

CTC: 16–20 LPA (Based on experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Production Support – SRE Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring system reliability, scalability, and performance in production environments. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, hands-on experience with observability tools, and a solid understanding of SRE and ITIL practices.

Key Responsibilities

Improve operational hygiene by enhancing alerts, dashboards, documentation, and on-call readiness
Perform incident triage and conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for complex and recurring issues
Drive preventive and corrective actions based on incident trends and reliability insights
Define and maintain SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, runbooks, and SOPs
Continuously improve MTTA, MTTR, system availability, and scalability
Collaborate with development teams to embed reliability into system design and release cycles
Support deployment activities and perform post-release validations
Monitor production environments and ensure system stability and performance
Mentor junior engineers and guide them during incidents and operational tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of SRE principles: reliability engineering, observability, scalability, and automation
Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Prometheus, and Grafana
Solid knowledge of incident, problem, and change management (ITIL framework)
Strong troubleshooting skills across OS, networking, applications, databases, and cloud platforms
Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift production environments
Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, release management, and deployment processes

Preferred Skills

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Automation/scripting experience (Python, Shell, etc.)
Experience working in high-availability production environments
