Production Support (Python SRE)

Job Description:

• We are looking for an experienced Python SRE Production Support Engineer with 8 10 years of IT experience including strong hands on expertise in Python based production support and Site Reliability Engineering SRE activities

Key Responsibilities:

• Roles Responsibilities
• Provide L2 L3 production support for critical applications and platforms
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python to reduce manual operational tasks
• Monitor application and infrastructure health using enterprise monitoring tools
• Investigate troubleshoot and resolve production incidents within SLA timelines
• Perform root cause analysis RCA and implement permanent fixes
• Collaborate with development infrastructure and business teams for issue resolution
• Manage deployments releases and environment support activities
• Improve system reliability performance and availability through SRE best practices
• Create and maintain operational runbooks SOPs and support documentation
• Participate in on call support and major incident management activities
• Implement proactive monitoring alerting and automation solutions
