Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • ProvideL2/L3 application and production supportfor enterprise systems.
  • Performincident, problem, and change managementfollowing ITIL processes.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve production issues quickly.
  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for permanent fixes.
  • Conductroot cause analysis (RCA)and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Handle deployments, configuration changes, and environment maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and contribute to service improvement plans.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Strong hands-on experience withJava,SQL, andUnix/Linuxenvironments.
  • Experience withAutoSys,Control-M,Splunk, and related monitoring tools.
  • Familiarity withapplication servers(WebLogic / Tomcat / JBoss).
  • Knowledge ofETL processesandincident management toolslike ServiceNow / JIRA.
