Job Description

Responsibilities:

ProvideL2/L3 application and production supportfor enterprise systems.
Performincident, problem, and change managementfollowing ITIL processes.
Monitor system performance and resolve production issues quickly.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for permanent fixes.
Conductroot cause analysis (RCA)and prepare necessary documentation.
Handle deployments, configuration changes, and environment maintenance.
Ensure compliance with SLAs and contribute to service improvement plans.

Technical Skills Required:

Strong hands-on experience withJava,SQL, andUnix/Linuxenvironments.
Experience withAutoSys,Control-M,Splunk, and related monitoring tools.
Familiarity withapplication servers(WebLogic / Tomcat / JBoss).
Knowledge ofETL processesandincident management toolslike ServiceNow / JIRA.
