Job Description

Role & responsibilities:
SPOC for DC-DR drill end-to-end activities.
Preparing production setup and application implementation and keep application highly available.
Raising technical change and release tickets in ITSM for implementing deployment in production and support for the same.
Daily monitoring the application servers.
Work on Real-time production issues (L2 issues) & provide resolution to them as per the TAT
provide support for eod bod activities.
Raising tickets in ITSM, taking follow-up of them & closing them.
Working on critical releases in production and providing support for the same.
Co ordination with multiple stakeholders to identify the root cause of issue.
Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports.
Preferred candidate profile:
Looking for IT graduate candidate with 8+ yrs of relevant experience.
Certifications is an added advantage.
