What you can look forward to as Production Supervisor (m/f/d):

• Conduct shift start meeting in production line.Plan & deploy the resource for the shift.Drive 5S in shopfloor.Co ordinate with HR for availability of manpower as per shcedule
• Train new operator & upgrade skill level as per requirment.Conduct refreshment training to meet the requirements
• Lead the operators in line to report unsafe conditions.Lead the shopfloor to achieve zero accidents
• Lead the production shift to achieve the Q KPIs like scrap rate, first pass yield.Lead the production shift to meet Zero defects
• Monitor the production to meet the target quantity, rejection rate, OE.Lead basic technical troubleshooting
• Coordinate with Maintenance & ME for major trouble shooting.

Your Profile as Production Supervisor (m/f/d):

• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Educational qualification will be BE.
• Experience in Assembly in Production.
• Document maintenance & verification andMaterial accounting inside shopfloor.
• Material Pick up from Stores though SAP
• Rejection & Production accounting
