Production Supervisor Position.
Job Base Location- Loni Kalbhor, Pune
What You Will Be Doing
- Production supervisor should be responsible for managing resources such as Man, Machine, Material
- Manage environment including Safety and Morale of the people
- Ensure discipline is followed on shopfloor
- Yield Improvement / Support in Process Improvements
- Documentation for Quality Systems like ISO / TS 22163
- Training to operators
- Control of the entire shift / Planning / Quality / Maintenance
- Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Monthly inventory cycle variance analysis
- Monthly inventory cycle count
- Knowledge of Problem-solving tools
- Use of SAP for various reports
- good communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi as well.
What Will You Bring Along
- Tenacity to work with own hands & offering process solutions/ small innovations.
- Responsible for Safety of Team
- Preferred 5 to 7 years working in mass production organization,
- Carry out inventory count of RM on monthly basis;
- Implementation of 5S on shopfloor
- Support in Process Improvements.
- Leading people involvement in improvement projects, QICs, Kaizen scheme and presenting ppt for quality circle.
- experience working with robots for welding or assembly will be added advantage,
- Knowledge about fabrication shop including CNC machines, welding & painting machine.
- Managing maintenance function would be added advantage.
- Having experience of negotiation in CBA. would be added advantage.
