Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Supervisor located in Pune. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage production schedules, and ensure that all production activities meet quality and efficiency standards. Responsibilities include coordinating production planning, supervising team performance, and liaising with other departments to achieve operational goals. The role also involves monitoring compliance with safety protocols and fostering clear communication within the team to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to manage and lead teams effectively
- Proficiency in Production Planning, including scheduling and resource allocation
- Experience in Production Management to ensure operational efficiency and quality control
- Excellent Communication skills to facilitate collaboration and problem-solving
- Knowledge of safety and compliance standards is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a production environment is beneficial.
