Job Description
As part of Lotus Tapes commitment to excellence and all-around customer satisfaction, our ISO and IATF certified flexible manufacturing system plays a vital role in maintaining high service standards. As an Associate Manufacturing, you will work under the supervision of the Manufacturing Supervisor and be responsible for key data collection, reporting, and supporting compliance tasks that ensure the plant operates efficiently and in adherence to quality management system standards.
You will assist in:
- Daily production data collection and log preparation
- Productivity and downtime reporting
- Ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 documentation
- Supporting internal and external audit preparations
- Identifying non-conformities and assisting with root cause analysis
- Updating control plans, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) as directed
Qualification and Education Requirements
- ITI/NCTVT or Bachelor's Degree
- Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Automobile / Electrical or other relevant fields
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and production planning
- Hands-on experience in monitoring production output and downtime
- Knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 documentation & basic ISO 9001 systems
- Familiarity with quality tools like 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, and Control Charts
- Knowledge of CAD/Coral will be an added advantage
- Calculation of Productivity, Time Study, Efficiency of Operators
- Basic mathematical and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and compliance mindset
- Good verbal and written communication (English/Marathi/Hindi)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
