Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Supervisor located in Ponneri. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing operations, including planning and coordinating production schedules, monitoring workflow, and ensuring safety compliance. Responsibilities include supervising production teams, maintaining product quality standards, and resolving any operational challenges. The role also involves reporting on production performance and implementing strategies for process improvement.

• Experience in production management, workflow monitoring, and quality control
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills
• Proficient in safety regulations and ensuring compliance standards

• Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills
• Ability to work on-site in Ponneri and manage manufacturing operations efficiently
• Technical background or experience in the electrical power industry is a plus
