We are seeking a results-driven Production Supervisor to lead our production team, ensuring daily targets are met efficiently while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities
Production Management: Execute daily production schedules to meet customer deadlines and volume targets.
Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and train staff; manage shift schedules and allocate manpower to workstations.
Quality Control: Enforce GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and quality standards, ensuring all products meet specifications.
Safety Compliance: Enforce all company health, safety, and operational procedures to ensure a secure workplace.
Efficiency Optimization: Monitor production processes to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to reduce waste and costs.
Reporting: Maintain accurate production records, inventory, and performance logs in the ERP system.
Maintenance Support: Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure machinery is operational and minimize downtime
