Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Supervisor based in Cherthala. The Production Supervisor will oversee and manage daily production operations, ensuring adherence to schedules and production plans. Responsibilities include assigning tasks to team members, monitoring production efficiency, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations. Collaboration with other departments to optimize resources and workflow is also a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to effectively manage and guide a production team.
• Experience with Production Planning and managing Production Schedules to meet operational targets.
• Proficiency in Production Management and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site manufacturing environment with strong problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in glove or manufacturing industries is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
