Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Production Supervisor. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing operations, including managing production schedules, ensuring adherence to production plans, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing workflow processes. Responsibilities also include supervising team members, monitoring productivity, and addressing any operational challenges to ensure that deadlines and business targets are achieved efficiently. The Production Supervisor will collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless coordination and alignment with project goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills to oversee and manage production teams effectively
  • Ability to plan and organize Production Schedules, ensuring efficient workflow and on-time project delivery
  • Experience in Production Planning and Production Management to meet manufacturing targets
  • Excellent Communication skills for clear coordination with teams and stakeholders
  • Proven track record of maintaining high-quality standards and improving production processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred
  • Experience working in manufacturing or plastic components production is an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
