Production Supervisor

We are seeking a Production Supervisor for Substantiable Packaging Startup.

Job Profile:

Reporting to the Senior Production Lead

Manage end-to-end production operations, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to quality standards.

Oversee shop floor activities including molding, machining, and assembly processes.

Monitor production efficiency, reduce downtime, and implement process improvements to optimize output.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (maintenance, process, quality) for issue resolution and preventive maintenance.

Ensure product quality, dimensional accuracy, and compliance with customer requirements.

Utilize ERP systems (Oracle R12, SAP) for production planning, job creation, and transaction management.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S, Kaizen, and lean manufacturing practices.

Mentor, supervise, and train production staff, ensuring skill development and adherence to SOPs.

Report production progress, deviations, and key metrics to Senior Production Lead regularly.

Production Supervisor Requirements:

Experience: 3-5 Years in production department of a manufacturing set up.

Education: BTech/ MTech/ Diploma (Mechanical)

Fluent in Hindi & Kannada

Strong technical problem-solving and process improvement skills.

Lean manufacturing, root cause analysis, time study, and project management expertise.

Proficient in SAP, Oracle R12, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Effective team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Excellent communication and reporting skills.
