We are looking for a highly execution-oriented Production Supervisor to coordinate production, vendor follow-ups, timelines, and operational execution across projects.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple moving pieces while ensuring projects move smoothly and on time.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day production and execution of custom rug and carpet orders
- Follow up with production units, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timelines are maintained
- Track production progress, sampling, quality, and dispatch readiness
- Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Design, Accounts, and Logistics
- Troubleshoot execution challenges and resolve bottlenecks proactively
- Maintain production trackers, order updates, and operational visibility
- Ensure timely communication and follow-through across stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in production coordination, operations, vendor management, or execution-oriented roles
- Strong follow-up, ownership, and problem-solving ability
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable managing trackers
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Prior experience in textiles, furnishings, interiors, manufacturing, exports, or related industries is preferred
