Production Supervisor (Interiors)

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad for a Production Supervisor (Interiors). The Production Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day activities on the production floor, manage production schedules, and ensure efficiency in planning and execution. Key responsibilities will include monitoring production workflows, supervising teams to meet quality and productivity standards, and ensuring timely delivery of products in alignment with company objectives.

• Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to motivate and lead production teams
• Proficiency in Production Planning and Scheduling to ensure effective workflow management
• Experience in Production Management, with a focus on maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines
• Effective Communication skills to coordinate with teams and stakeholders at all levels
• Knowledge of modular interiors or manufacturing processes is a plus
• A degree or diploma in engineering, management, or a relevant field is preferred
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to dynamic work environments
