Projects Planning, Procurement & Execution

Execution of projects for plant set up, expansion, modernization, installation &

commissioning of equipment.

Managing activities right from the conceptualization stage to the execution, involving

finalization of technical specifications, tendering, procurement, scheduling, progress

monitoring, erection, testing & commissioning, site management, manpower planning &

liaison.

Ensuring execution of activities/projects within time & budgetary parameters.

Production Operations

Managing plant operations for achieving production targets.

Minimizing bottlenecks for achieving high productivity with better utilization of men,

material & machine.

Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various Equipment's,

machines and instruments to improve machine up time and equipment reliability.

Monitoring, mentoring & motivating the team members involved in the development of

a decision support system, used in modification, design, development, automation &

implementation.

Maintaining MIS/reports for facilitating decision making by the management.

Research and Development

Developing formulas for new products or for re-formulations.

Responsible for method development and validation i.e. rigorous testing of the methods

to ensure that they are precise, accurate, reproducible, full-proof and specific to the

product, etc.

Writing/reviewing detailed documents explaining about the work and its results, in terms

of product stability.

New Initiatives

Foreseeing performance bottlenecks and taking corrective measures to avoid the same.

Executing cost saving measures and modifications to reduce expenditures and work

within the budget.

Conducting special assignments such as cost reduction exercise, system development,

feasibility analysis etc. to achieve optimum utilization of resources.

Working on improvement in products & manufacturing process based on market trends

& requirements.

Documentation/Quality Compliance

Ensuring complete in-process quality control and continuous improvement in process

capabilities.

Compliance of various quality assurance measures by maintenance of requisite

documentation/records.

Imparting training to all employees, pertaining to quality implementation and

compliance.

Must Have:

• Strong working experience in Manufacturing, Fabrication and Production and Planning
• Should have Leadership and Individual approach
• Should have strong decision-making ability and able to get the work done in time line.
• Should able to maintain EHS, OSHA, 5'S, Fire Safety etc.
