Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Production Supervisor. The Production Supervisor will have cosmetic manufacturing knowledge, and he is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring efficient and timely production schedules, managing and coordinating production staff, implementing production planning, and monitoring production management processes for optimal performance. The role also involves ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Strong Communication skills
• Knowledge in Production Management techniques
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Experience in the cosmetic or healthcare manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in cosmetic technology.
