Education Requirement :- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Technology, Apparel Production, Textile, or related field preferred

Experience Requirement :- 5+ Years in Garment Manufacturing / Apparel Production

Location :- Noida, India

Compensation Range :- 4 6 LPA (Based on Experience)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day garment manufacturing operations and ensure efficient production flow. The role requires managing production lines, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with multiple teams to ensure timely delivery of finished garments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in garment factories and strong leadership skills to manage production teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily garment production operations including stitching, finishing, and packing.
• Ensure production targets and delivery timelines are met efficiently.
• Monitor line efficiency, output, and worker productivity on the production floor.
• Coordinate with sampling, merchandising, and quality teams for smooth production execution.
• Maintain daily production reports, line planning, and production documentation.
• Identify and resolve production issues, delays, or bottlenecks quickly.
• Ensure quality standards and garment specifications are followed during production.
• Guide and manage tailors, machine operators, and helpers to improve productivity.
• Ensure factory discipline, safety standards, and compliance are maintained.
• Source and arrange required manpower (tailors, helpers, operators) as per production needs

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes (cutting, stitching, finishing)
• Understanding of production planning, line balancing, and efficiency tracking
• Ability to manage production teams and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of quality control standards in apparel manufacturing
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Basic production reporting and documentation skills

Preferred Candidate Profile:

5+ years of experience in garment factory production supervision

• Experience handling women's wear / ethnic wear / fashion garments
• Ability to manage production workers and production timelines efficiently
• Experience working with fashion brands or export houses is a plus
• Strong communication and leadership skills
