Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Supervisor based in Khalapur. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing operations, manage production schedules, ensure efficient production planning, and monitor team performance. Responsibilities include maintaining quality control standards, coordinating with different departments, and optimizing production systems to meet company targets. The role requires leadership in fostering a safe and productive working environment while adhering to company policies.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
- Experience with Production Planning and creating efficient Production Schedules.
- Knowledge of Production Management and the ability to optimize processes for efficiency and quality.
- Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with team members and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in using production and planning tools or software is a plus.
- Familiarity with manufacturing operations, ideally within the candle or similar industries.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under deadlines.
