Job Description

Hire, train, and manage production employees to ensure optimal performance
Maintain and oversee daily production schedules and ensure timely completion of targets
Monitor and evaluate production efficiency and implement improvements where necessary
Inspect the quality of goods before shipping to ensure they meet required standards
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations
Set production goals and monitor team progress toward achieving them
Supervise production activities, assign tasks, and evaluate staff performance
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly to avoid delays
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams as needed
Collaborate with management to drive continuous improvement in processes and productivity
Maintain detailed and accurate records and reports on production activities and outcomes
