Job Description

Hire, train, and supervise production staff to ensure optimal performance
Maintain and manage the production schedule to meet deadlines and targets
Evaluate production efficiency and implement improvements as necessary
Set production goals and monitor daily progress towards achieving them
Ensure products meet quality standards before shipment
Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Assign tasks to staff, monitor performance, and provide guidance and feedback
Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues in a timely manner
Monitor and maintain adequate inventory levels; coordinate with purchasing and logistics
Collaborate with management to enhance production processes and overall efficiency
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on production performance and challenges
