Formulation and Preparation
- Execute the preparation of formulations as per predefined recipes and batch records.
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately to meet quality standards.
- Monitor critical process parameters such as temperature, pressure, and mixing speeds.
Autoclaving Operations
- Operate and monitor autoclaves to sterilize equipment, materials, and products.
- Ensure proper loading and unloading of materials into autoclaves.
- Maintain autoclave logs and verify cycle parameters to meet sterilization requirements.
Filling Operations
- Operate and maintain filling equipment for liquid, powder, or other formulations.
- Ensure accurate filling of products into containers, maintaining precision and adherence to specified quantities.
- Conduct routine checks for leaks, spills, or defects during filling.
Vial Washing
- Operate automated/semi-automated vial washing machines.
- Conduct inspections to ensure vials are free of particulate matter and meet cleanliness standards.
- Document washing activities and perform regular cleaning of equipment.
Sealing and Capping
- Operate and monitor vial sealing and capping equipment to ensure proper closure.
- Conduct in-process checks for sealing and capping integrity.
- Troubleshoot minor issues with sealing and capping machines to minimize downtime.
Compliance and Documentation
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety guidelines.
- Complete batch production records, equipment logs, and other documentation accurately and promptly.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary production documentation.
Maintenance of Equipment
- Ensure all equipment is cleaned, maintained, and ready for use according to SOPs.
- Conduct minor preventive maintenance and assist the maintenance team in troubleshooting issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area.
