SAP PP Expert

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end SAP PP configuration including planning, execution, and reporting processes
• Work extensively with SAP PP master data such as Material Master, Bill of Materials (BOM), Work Centers, and Routings
• Configure and support Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes
• Manage Long Term Planning (LTP) activities and ensure accurate forecasting support
• Implement and support Demand Management including planning strategies and customization
• Execute Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and analyze MRP exception and planning reports
• Manage production order lifecycle including creation, confirmation, goods movement, costing, and printing
• Support Make-to-Order (MTO) processes and Variant Configuration scenarios
• Understand and work with background jobs, variants, and IDoc processing in SAP
• Develop and support custom reports using SAP PP tables and data structures
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to align SAP processes with production and licensing requirements
• Provide production support, issue resolution, and process optimization
